Mule

An individual who knowingly or unknowingly facilitates money laundering by transferring illicit funds through their personal accounts or payment methods. Mules may be recruited through job scams, romance fraud, or other deceptive schemes, and often face legal consequences even when unaware of the criminal nature of their activities.
